Burger King

6332 elysian fields new Orleans, LA. I had a GrubHub delivery for saadiya. There lobby was closed but I knocked on the door no one came but a worker walked up to come in so they had to open the door for her. I explained I have no gas and I'm a GrubHub. I begged if I could just get it there. They told me I have to wait in line. By that time it was 7 cars infront of me. When I got to the speaker they said they don't have the order and not making it. When I pulled up to call GrubHub I saw all the receipts coming out the receipt machine and them not touching it so they just knew they were going to tell me they didn't have it. Did not answer when GrubHub called I heard the phone ringing. And because I had to drive all the way here and wait over 10 minutes in the line. I ran out of gas at the station right next door as soon as I left burger king. Since burger king did not tell me at the door they didn't have it made me wait in a long line when I told them I barely had gas for that and told them thia delivery was for me to put some in. I want the 11 dollars in cash from burger king that I was going to get for completing the delivery that I could not complete because of burger king. And an explanation of why they are the only burger king with a closed lobby. And they have the open lobby times posted on the door. No sign saying the lobby is closed.
