Went to Olive Garden with my daughters in South Attleboro Mass. The server Briana wasn't attentive at all. My youngest daughter ordered Chicken and shrimp alfredo with spaghetti. The server delivered Chicken with shells! My daughter had to wait for her food while we ate. She didnt even make an adjustment to the bill for her screw up. The lasagna frita wasn't fresh nor was our salad.in the middle of our meal Briana came to us and said no rush but do you need to go plates? I replied no we don't we are still eating! She never asked us for refills nor cleared our table. She approached our table 2 more times and asked about to go plates. Now I was annoyed! I replied no we are clearly still eating but how about some refills since you never asked! I felt uncomfortable and rushed. She never cleared off the salad plates, appetizer plates, nor my alcoholic beverage during our meal. Worst experience ever!

To Whom it May Concern: My son-in-law my daughter and myself went for lunch. We ordered our drinks and when she brought them she put 2 on the table and when she went to give me mine which was a Bloody Mary the tray started tippping which then the drink fell on my son-in-law spilling over his jeans, shirt and white jacket. I understand it was an accident but she proceeded to chuckle which was very innapropiate. The GM proceeds to come over and tells him that his meal will be comped which was $11.98 which does cover the cost of his jeans, shirt or the white jacket which is still stained.
