Rite Aid used to be Brooks Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was wonderful, helpful and consistantly professional. Now it is Rite Aid. We have had problems since the change over. There are several prescriptions that have to be taken in our family, that if not taken would result in a serious medical emergency. We are experiencing great difficulty with this pharmacy. We have been accused of picking up a precription which we never received, that took four days to straighten out. We have received directions to medications with our precriptions that are not even ours. They are misplacing faxes from our Doctors office for refills. This is the most recent mess up and it's been two days back and forth between them and the Doctors office and as of today is not resolved. We are all busy in our lives and should be able to count on our personal "drug store" to be professional, do their job, and go one step beyond . We rely on faxes and phone calls, most of us can't physically get to the Doctors office before they close. We have been loyal customers at this location for five years. And as a "neighborhood" pharmacy should be we were treated so in the past, and taken care of. For instance, in the past, if for any reason it was a friday and we were late calling the doctor for a refill, they would help and fill just enough for the following monday, not anymore! I want to do business with a caring pharmacy that listens and understands our needs. We will be changing who we do business with, and I have a feeling I'm not the only one ! --- Disgusted with Rite Aide in Clinton! You need to take a hard look at your staff at this location.
