I went to the revere store tonight needing to return items I had purchased online in December. I was told that I would only get a merchandise credit because it had been more than 30 days even though the item I ordered took almost 2 weeks to arrive. The staff was very rude.. cashier laughing like it was a big joke and manager on told me she didn't care if ever shopped there again. Horrible customer service. I will spend what's on my merchandise gift card because I don't want an extra penny to go to this store and then never shopping here again!
