I have worked for this company for a few years now and sence I have worked with the company as a site supervisor and previously a workerand i have watched and observed (tanya) the client manager, abuse, lie to, mislead, and manipulate many employees and most of all I have witnessed this person lie over and over to myself other workers and managers. As well as the previous operation manager both Baker as well as shawn Gallagher. We are currently on our 3rd operations in a year. All of us have been lied to and manipulated by this branch and tanya imperticular. It started for myself when a employee of our company tried to fist fight me. I made a complaint and tanya personally removed me from the site as to not have to deal with the situations. No investigation of the incident. And myself who was attacked and the person to complain was removed for (sake of ease) not by the client request mind you out of sheer laziness. Perfect attendance stellar work performance all rewarded with disrespect and no effort to make my site safer for our workers. The workers who attacked me still workes at that home depot site. But the true level of disrespect came after as I watched her do many simmallar ad worse things to other workers and even supervisors of our branch. Our original op manager Baker left of his own accord even refusing better pay and more benefits as he no longer could protect his workers from the tyrannical reign of tanya and was overwhelmed with her rude behavior and constant lies and attacks at our workers. Furthermore after his leaving she has systematically removed anyone who has opposed her way of thinking or even just to make a client happy without questioning anything. All at the expense of the workers and other management the ones who keep this company moving forward and making profit. Her along side the branch manager (Paul Gordon) who refuses to make any changes or get involved from what I can only assume is pure laziness, has done nothing to help any of the sites acquired by this company and has even lost multiple accounts sence then. I have witnessed my previous operation manager shawn get used to fill the void Baker left
then the second he was no longer needed and she found someome to replace him who (like herself) dosent care for the workers and someone who will lie to all of us unlike shawn Gallagher who tried to verbally stood up for his workers. All this happened when shawn went into the hospital they removed him secretly from his position while he was literally in the hospital bed all while telling everyone he was being replaced and purposely not telling shawn this, I know this because they instantly started telling everyone who worked under him that he was no longer op manager. when I put my 2 weeks in they purposely lied and said shawn was coming back to the operation role. when this was all a elaborated lie to keep me just long enough as to not open hole in the site I worked at because replacing me as site supervisor was hard. Im appauled this company would allow such removals twords its management and demotes them when they are in the hospital as to do it behind there back and not be opposed. That is a downright disgusting business practices that I will no longer be working for this company and I will be very loudly protesting this company and doing my best to pull out any workers i brought into this company . Sence then she has continued to lie to myself and others and even continued to demoted the old operations manager all the way to site supervisor of a regular site as to remove any threats to herself and as to be in control and have her own corrupt team. She is also removing all people that were close or even liked the previous managers including myself and many others. Apon loosing my site once again and not by any fault of my own and promised me directly a new site at 40 hours site. all were lies to make me finish out my days at the site and now they have not gotten me the hours they promised. I have givin so many hours of my life to this company as well as working 7 days a week for over 2 months straight without a day off all to just be abused and town away. This company or should I say this Worcester branch is one of the worst company I have ever not only worked for but been management for. As I have yet to be able to reach anyone or have any of thies complaints I submitted
been read and responded to and this is not the first complaint I have made. I will be leaving this company as they clearly do not care about there employees or even supporting there supervisors like myself who need assistance in a corrupt branch that has been in decline ever sence being taking over my tanya and Paul Gordon of this company.
