UnderArmour - zipper broke

I purchase my Under Armour jacket less then a year ago right before Christmas at Dunham's in Jefferson City Missouri. I spent close to $200. When I took my coat out of my closet this year I wore it twice and have since been having trouble zipping it up as the zipper is coming apart. I would not expect the zipper to be coming apart ever on a Under Armour product and also on a product that I paid almost $200 for. I would appreciate a new jacket or a refund to get a new one or even repair. I love this coat and had been asking for it for Christmas last year.

UnderArmour - awful quality of the shoes and we couldn't wear them

I bought shoes for me and my husband from the company www.underarmour.com. We got the order on time, but I have worn these shoes only once and my feet suffered from pain and had several corns. I asked my husband that I wanted to return my shoes and he told to return his as well. His shoes were small and he had corns as well. We returned shoes and still no response from the seller or refund. Liar.

My brand new shoes. After 1 hour of play the bottom of the right shoe is coming apart. Looks like it wasn't made well since the bottom rubber is crumbling off. What can I do to complain to the company or customer support? Thank you for your time. Sean Sellers. [protected]. SEAN.sellers7@yahoo.com

I play lacrosse for Drexel University. Less than a year ago, at the end of the spring season I purchased these cleats. I absolutely love them. But in the past 3 weeks they have fallen apart. It started with the left cleat, back peg breaking off. Last week, the right cleat started cracking (seen in picture), and now both, inside back pegs are gone.

Ordered a size large. Was sent a size medium. Now underarmours mistake is MY problem. I would like for this to be resolved with out having to deal with refunds and rebilling but I doubt that will happen. And it appears the shirt is sold out as well.

I purchased this bag for my son at a sporting goods store. He has used it 2 months. Today the top seam by the zipper has ripped. I am very disappointed in the quality of this bag for the price I paid. Does UA offer replacements?

I bought these padded football pants for my son, the 3rd time I washed them the thigh pad came out, threading came undone. I am single mother of 3 and really don't have the time to be sewing the pad back in but I don't have the $50 to just go buy new ones.. Under Armour is a great brand, just wish it was made a little better

VERY disappointed in CEO decision to walk away from our President and in support working Americans today! Will not buy your stock again in future and will NEVER PURCHASE ANY merchandise in future will your label unless you go back to table to work with Pres. Trump!

I purchased a six pack of your socks via Cabelas. Black crew socks. I am a size thirteen and have worn size 9-12 for decades. Your socks are improperly sized and don't fit me. I'm amazed. I ended up giving them to my wife who's feet are quite small. She enjoys them ( they are very good quality wise) but I cannot understand the sizing. WTF!

I've purchased and then returned a pair of women's shorts (£35) back to UNDERARMOUR but I have yet to receive a reimbursement. It's been almost three months and every email I've sent UNDERARMOUR is followed by an automated response, but nothing is ever solved.
This company is not professional. Stay away from UNDERARMOUR!

It was stated my sneakers were dropped at back door on 9/1/17. I have not seen them, checked with neighbors ect. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate my loss, or do I to buy another pair? I had purchased a 9 1/2 size and returned them too large re ordered 9- 4E . Don't know if stolen or not don't usually have this problem.

I didn't mind paying a bit extra for UA volleyball knee pads as I believed they were the best. My daughter plays hard and I felt deserved the best on the market. I was highly disappointed when the knee pads started falling apart in under one week. Four practices and one tournament and they looked like the picture attached. Very dissapointed!
