We have spent many visits with the Marriott Hotels and have always been happy customers. You advertise cleanliness. This is the first time my wife and I have slept out since the Covid-19 Pandemic came about. It was my wife's Birthday and we spent a wonderful day at Rocky Gap Casino and resort. We decided to retire our evening of rest at the Fairfield Marriott. in Cumberland, Maryland. Something was biting me all night. I usually carry alcohol pads. I had to use one to paint both of my inner arms because there appeared bites, itching and swelling in patches. I waited to the next morning and pulled back the sheet and the bed look like the sheet had not been changed in weeks. It had long human black hairs all over the place. Not to mention possible urine stains and more visible stains coming up the side. I immediately called the manager and she came up with her house keeping staff and I showed them the issue. She apologized for any inconvenience that it might have caused me. I took pictures because my hair is gray and my wife hair is gray in which I pointed out to the manager. I only hope and pray that this room was cleaned after the last visitor. We were accommodated in room #104. Itinerary number :[protected]
