Yesterday 01/11/2023 I placed two separate Boston Market orders online. I did not receive either one of my orders. When I did not receive my first order I called DoorDash and my local Boston Market store that prepared my order. Both the DoorDash customer service representative and the Greenbelt MD. Boston Market manager advised me to place another order online and I would get a refund for the 1st order I never received. Therefore I placed a second online order and I never received my second order either. The DoorDash driver whom was supposed to bring me the second order brought me an order from another restaurant/store Checkers which of course I did not accept and I couldn’t communicate with the delivery driver because he did not speak English. Therefore I promptly called DoorDash customer service while the delivery driver was still at my address and the customer service representative from DoorDash told me that apparently they had a glitch with their system and said that she would’ve tried to reach out to Boston Market to see if they could make my order again for the third time but they were now closed. I paid for two Boston Market orders, waited 4 1/2 hours and I never received any food! Because I placed both orders directly on the Boston Market website DoorDash couldn’t refund my money but I of course have the DoorDash emails with confirmation numbers for both of the orders I never received. Each email specifically says I never received my orders and although DoorDash takes full responsibility Boston Market would have to be the one to give me my refund for both orders. I would have given the order numbers and DoorDash confirmation numbers but they said not to include any personal information. But I have no problem giving Boston Market the information they need.
Desired outcome: I want the refund for both my orders I never received
