Marlo Furniture - Order been placed since 9/12/2021

We have ordered two bedroom set with mattress from Laurel Marlo Furniture on 9/12/2021. We were promised to get our order within 6 to 8 weeks of delivery. One of the bedroom set was already in stock so there should not have any problem.
They called and said everything is in except the dresser for one bedroom so they will do partial delivery on Oct 11, 2021.
I took off from work and waited for delivery, The driver from Mid Atlantic Furniture Distribution came between time of window they had given, asked me which room furniture will go and I explained.
The driver tells me they do not have completed order which was supposed to be deliver. He said he only has one bedroom set other bedroom set is missing also the mattress foundation is different then what it was ordered.
so basically it was partial delivery with missing items incomplete order with wrong items. I did not know what to do, so I called the Laurel Marlo store to talk to manger there, representative said manger is on the break so you except the delivery as it is.
No if I ordered Honda and they send Nissan how I am supposed to except that with missing items. so I said please contact Manger I need to talk to him. The driver was trying to rush because he had other delivery schedule.
So Driver left saying there is no correct bed foundation in order to set the bed either.
After driver left, manger called me back and asked me the problem, Manger said that i was not supposed to let driver leave and the order was complete which was not. I got the order paper from driver and it does not match my order receipt which I will attaching it to this Complaint.
Manger had no social skill of talking to customer, He was blaming for this, and said that now next time order will come i have to pay for delivery and hang up on me.
After this incident i did not get any call from the store or manger.
I tried to reach someone from corporate office but i could get to anyone.
I been calling customer service #[protected] and been complaining about this situation, but no one has called back they said someone will reach out to me to solve this. Last time called customer service they said once dresser comes and order will be complete by November 5th they will call and schedule delivery. I called today 10/28/21 and customer service said that since order is backed up and dresser is still not here my order will be no delivered by January 2022. I am so upset and angry about how this order has been handled and no one willing to help me. My daughter been waiting for her room furniture eagerly and crying and upset.

I want my complete ordered delivered without any delivery charges as soon as possible or at least correct partial order if not with dresser. I would like to get credit back for what has happened with this order by lying to customer tormenting customer and giving mental stress. If nothing can be done then i would like to completely cancel my order and get my money back.

Marlo Furniture - 13450 baltimore avenue laurel, md

We brought a sofa set from this Marlo furniture, when we received the delivery the back of the sofa was broken. I called them they said they would fix, I was not happy about it just getting fixed I wanted a new sofa that was not damaged. I went ahead and accepted that they fix. More a month passed and still haven't received my sofa. I had to call them to ask where is the sofa. Then when they redelievered my sofa it came back fixed, but the leather had scratches where it had been small cuts in the back of the sofa. I called again, they said they will order the parts and have a technician come and fix, I dont want it fixed anymore I wasnted a new sofa! This is the worst service ever, NEVER EVER AGAIN AM I BUYING FROM MARLO FURNITURE AND I WILL MAKE SURE I WRITE A BAD REVIEW ON GOOGLE, YELP. Worst ever!

Marlo Furniture - horrible service

Order a kitchen table set. Only delievered three chairs and a table, i was missing the other chair. Finally a week later the chair came. Only to guess its damagned, one leg was shorter then the other and the back of the chair was bent really far back. I called to complain they told me they were going to put a spacer on the chair. I didnt pay for a chair with a spacer. Customer services is horrible. I already have reported to the Better Business Bureau
