Ruth's Chris Steak House - Actions of general manager

One of the General Mangers came to the restaurant I work at last night and caused an unnecessary and very uncomfortable scene. Craig Roberts was at Frisco Taphouse in Gambrills on Friday, Daturday 25, 2022 with a few of his friends. It all started with one of his friends putting their hands on one of our bartenders as a “joke” and the guy continued to get aggressive with our bartender once he was cut off. Once that happened, he went to Craig and our other bartenders cut them off as well beacuse they were part of his party. Craig then proceeded to get very angry and yelling at at my manager saying, “Do you know who the [censored] I am?!” He then continued to try and assualt my manager. One of the friends Craig was with made a very serious threat walking out of the restaurant. I believe that Craig Roberts should not be able to keep his job after behaving this way in public considering he is supposed to represent your company in a better manner.

Desired outcome: I would like for Craig Roberts to have consequences for his actions. This isn’t the first complaint like this against Craig Roberts and it seems to me that the company doesn not care about how he acts.
