National Tire & Battery [NTB] - Liability complaint, workmanship

The Owings Mills Location has been uncooperative and unprofessional after I tried to get them to look at my vehicle damages. An employee who clearly didn't know how to drive manual transmission stripped my gears and clutch. I have tried to get their manager and Chuck the regional manager to help me but no response.

I asked for their liability carrier but they wouldn't help.

So now I have to go to consumer advocacy groups and social media to help. Next step is legal counsel.

This is unacceptable and I will be made whole again whether NTB cooperates or not.

Desired outcome: Fix what you broke

National Tire & Battery [NTB] - Damage to vehicle

My wife brought her car to the NTB location at 9424 Reisterstown Rd., Owings Mills, Md. 21117 on Friday 7/17/2020 for a tire replacement/install. Once work was completed and we went back to location to pick up her car we noticed there was a very deep scratch to the rear bumper on the passenger side. This damage was not there when we dropped off the car as we took a video of the outside surface of the car prior to leaving the keys. We reported the damage to the attending manager at the time of pick up and was asked to call on 7/18/2020 to talk to the store manager. We called him early that morning and he said he needed to view the video and follow up with us. This call was made at approximately 8am. I followed up with another call to the location at approximately 4pm because I hadn't heard anything back from the manager. He stated that he hadn't been able to view the video and probably wouldn't be able to follow with us until sometime Monday. First it's extremely unacceptable to have to wait that long for, at the very minimum, a follow up call much less a suggested resolution. We have been taking our cars to this specific location for all our tire service needs and find it disturbing that we are not getting the treatment a loyal customer should receive.
