Burger King - I'm having problems inputting my transaction data in order to get my crown awards and get credit for the June BK callenge.

Yesterday, June 21, my wife and I visited a BK location in Reistertown, MD. We have gone to this location many times before and never had any problems. For some reason, their cash registers could not accept the codes from our BK apps. We were able to get the food we wanted, and the manager told me I could enter the transaction data manually to get my crown credits and credit toward the June BK challenge you are promoting. After coming home, I tried doing that for my transaction and my wife's transaction but was unable to. I tried contacting customer support online, but your automated system was totally useless. Even after asking me if I wanted to talk to a human, it would not connect me and then just ended the conversation. How do I resolve my issue?

Desired outcome: I would like to get credit for my transaction number [protected]-030910. My wife's transaction number is [protected]-030915. It would be nice if we really could talk to a human. My phone number is [protected].
