On June 3rd, at about 8:15 PM, my family and I were waiting in a mobile pickup spot for our food we ordered ahead. While the wait took a while, that wasn’t the real issue. When our food was finally done, the employee working on delivering food decided not to hand us our food himself. Instead, he handed our order to a group of preteen/teenage boys not employed with McDonald’s to bring to our car. These boys had been standing outside the drive through window just goofing around with said employee. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and irresponsibility displayed by giving our food to complete strangers not associated with the company. I feel anything could have been done to the food.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the irresponsibility displayed in such actions.
