Just left the A &W restaurant on 12 Mile in Berkley Michigan. I use my debit card to pay for my bill around $13 dollars. the waitress's name was Day. I skip the tip and pull out about 4 quarters and put them in the jar? Miss Day viewed that with her own eyes and smile.. But on returning home I only had a drop of coney sauce on my 3 coney dogs...Covid is over, we are all dealing with high prices on everything. It is our choice to give a tip.
Claimed loss: No claim, just want fair service, if I choose to leave a tip or not.
Desired outcome: An apology would be nice. to let your employees know that they don't own the A&W..They just work there. My daughter love the coney. so we gave her the one with the most.. The one in the picture?
