I ate at the Big Rapids Mi. Arby's and while the workers were wonderful and the place was clean enough, the chicken on my sandwich was rubbery and the bacon was too, and not very warm. The curly fries were tasteless and they were the shade of brown that indicates an oil change is due in the fryer.
I paid $10.91 for the meal and was very unhappy. I still have the receipt.
I was on a tight schedule so I just ate and didn't complain at the restaurant.
I won't be in a hurry to return there.
My other complaint is with the contact option on the Arby's website. I tried four days in a row and the website won't connect to the contact page after I click on the "Report An Experience" button.
Rubber chicken and greasy tasteless fries for just under eleven bucks (I got the medium), followed by website frustration. Not worth it even a little bit.
Arby's can do better.
Desired outcome: I wouldn't mind a refund, but even that won't make me hurry back.
