I called in to speak with a pep boys representitive concerning service on my vehicle. I was told that I could not bring the car in the same day as they were busy. I was offered June 3rd at 11am. I was told by Josh that I could stay with the car as it would only take about an hour or so. I came in on June 3rd as requested. When I arrived they took my information and my car keys. I waited over an hour. I asked the Pep boys clerk what is the timeframe for completion. I was then told they would not be touching my car that day at all. I was told at best they would check the car on Monday and I would need to leave the car there. I then contacted your customer care number and was told someone would be contacting me back within 24 hours. It has been 5 days and noone has reached out to me. Please contact me to discuss. Desired outcome: Please let me know what my options are I will make a decision once I receive that insight.
The Pep Boys - water pump
This store is great. Manner J. D (Jermain) was great he helped in every way he could. Chris mechanic was knowledgeable in fixing cars. Carven assistant manager did answer all questions possible in very professional way. I would like to say the Manager J.D. was a good example of real caring manager about his store and Customers as well. Good job and J.D. Must be an example for the entire company
