Burger King

The women here are nasty and very rude. This is the second time I have experienced bad service here.

This time they got my order completely wrong. Asked for the whopper back along with the rest of the order. I gave it back. All they did was add on something. Got the order back. Checked it out the order still wrong. She told me, "well it was already made". I said, "but this is not what I ordered. She again," this was already made. She asked for the burger back again. I said, "no u r not going to keep giving me the same burger over and over again. U want to now take the tomatoes off of the burger. Which it said on the receipt no tomatoes. My son is allergic to tomatoes. She then hands me the bag back and closed the window. I park my car and walk to the window. The second woman comes to window and ask for the burger back. I again say"no, u r not going to keep giving me back the same burger. My son is allergic to tomatoes. We exchange words she grabbed the bag for me and yes, though I hate to admit it. I throw the burger that was in my hand at her. I did tell her, not to grab anything out of my hand. She presides to come outside to confront me. We share more words. A nice young man comes to the window and ask me what can he do to make it right. I said, "just give me what exactly I ordered". He returns with my order with an apology. I as well apologize for my behavior.

However, I get home take this third order out of the bag guess what he forgot me nuggets. Not, angry at him he did try. He also said, " they are always complaints about the women here. Never going back there again. Oh, and the food was

Cold. I used my credit card, so if anything come up suspicious on my card I know where to start looking.

Very rude female in the drive thru every time i have been to location #237. She is very pushy for you to end your order, has even totaled my order in the middle of speaking and told me to pull forward and wouldn't let me continue with my order. You get to the window she is rude. You can tell her thank you and just get the window shut in your face. Tonight i only ordered pie and got mad service. As a former BK manager this is disgraceful and this location doesn't train well nor seem to care the employees are rude and disrespectful.
