Admiral Petroleum - 2 employees

I have been coming to this gas station for 12 years now cause its behind my house and i can walk there if i have to and im in there almost everyday, last week monday i do believe that was the day, i came in before work at 6:05 ish and the guy was counting his drawer so i waited about 5 min and he wasnt done counting his drawer so i asked how long its going to take cause i need to go to work and he said about 5 more min i said ok but he still wasnt done at 6:20 so i asked when do you start counting your drawer so i can come earlier he said shift change is at 6 (cause this happened to me with the same people a week before but ended up leaving cause i had to go to work and i came in at 6:10 that time) i came back a few days later at 6:15 to give him time and he was counting his drawer again so i asked him again what time do you count your drawer cause its a different time everytime i come in they seem to do it between 6 and 6:20 and its not for 5 min they have to talk to it takes them alittle but to count it, he said that i had to go cause i was arguing with him but all i said was what time do you count your drawer, so ive been comeing in the afternoons cause he works in the mornings so i came in today 4-4-19 at 3 and he was working today and he said i had to leave cause im not allowd in there anymore, i was not rude or anything i was just asking, i dont have a problem with anyone else that works there but thoes 2 dont have good customer service skills at all. I just want to be able to go there cause i go mainly for cigarettes and something to drink and snack on, and the prices are cheeper then other gas stations and i can walk there so if i need something i can walk instead of driving 5 min to a gas station.

So I've been coming to the Marathon/Admiral gas station since 2014 before I moved out here in swartz creek in 2016 and recently this older lady that works 3rd shift most of the time i went in to purchase 2 blk n milds but I was searching for my second dollar since my total came out to be $2.47 but after awhile of looking for it I told her I can't find my dollar then she was like I knew I was going to have to void out an item cause every time you come in here I always got to void something out and i dont always come in ever time and when I do I dont always have to put something back especially if I know how much money I got on me. Then she told me tonight on 5/27/19 @ 10:00PM that she was gone have me banned for what when I'm a paying customer I'm just shocked that she is still working there cause they all have said that they have got numerous amounts of complaints on her and they still letting her work there so for now on I'm not using that gas station anymore they have lost me as a valuable customer who comes in and speaks to everyone everyone in there knows me well like I said I've been going there for 5 years almost 6 years this year coming up and it's sad how that one employee treats the customer it dont matter what Race you are she well yell at you ask you question about who you talking to and threaten to banned you for no reason when it's her job to void items out it shouldn't matter how you pay for it or how many items you're voiding that's your job and that's what you get paid to do. I'm sad to say but admiral really needs to do better PICKING when it comes to their employees and how they treat customer I will be taking this incident to headquarters so no one else will have to go through this of what I went through tonight.
