My son ordered us breakfast on 10.26.22 at 10 a.m. exactly on the receipt. He was sent to parking spot 8 and left there for 40 minutes until I called to ask what was going on. She was very rude and said she'd find out what happened. She brought the coffees to my son and walked away saying nothing. After 45 minutes our food is now cold and inedible. Not even an apology was offered.
Desired outcome: A full refund for our breakfast. I don't complain often, but when I do I expect people to at least apologize and offer some kind of retribution.
