Dave & Buster’s

We routinely spend tons of money like 300/month at D+ B utica mi. They always have happy hour in fact two happy hours/day we just happen to be in Lavonia and decided to go to Dave & Buster's here they did not tell us that they did not have happy hour so we ended up with a 99 dollar bar tab before tip no one bothered to tell us that they didn't have happy hour here until we were cashing out what kind of crap is that? You'll be lucky if you ever get me to send Step in this place again and you have no idea how much good we do here because we win all the time and we give it away to your other patrons to make them want to come back. Make me happy again

I was at the dave and busters in livonia michigan on victoria pkwy street I believe the lady nancee working in the toy area was very rude to me didnt speak back as o spoke to her and was very nasty to me talked to me as I was a child I didn't like it nor I appreciate it the manager jason said he reviewed the tapes and she did nothing wrong another manager dan said they would handle it properly and they didn't the jason manager and the nancee employee lady was not right i've been a customer for years I just want someone to handle this matter I would hate to have to further other action against the company name and etc my number is [protected] name is marcus
