I purchase a vanity online and was given a delivery date. After checking the delivery status, it continued to show "On Order" It seems that the item was not available or out of stock. I cancelled the order and ask for a refund. There is no phone # for online customer service, it is all done via e-mail. I was told that I could not get a full refund because I had submitted the rebate form and the amount would be deducted from my refund. I told them I did not want a store credit (which is what the rebate really is). You can only spend it in store. The 11% rebate is a gimmick to get you to come in the store hopefully to spend more money. Menard's 11% rebate just covers their 11% higher prices than Home Depot or Lowes. Buyer beware. I had to get my credit card company involved. Stick to the stores that have "real sales and good customer service."
Desired outcome: Inform the public of Menard's shady policies.
