The Rite Aid store in Niles Michigan has apparently hired some new people and they are extremely rude. A young female cashier doesn't bother to even say hello to customers, won't call a manager when requested, doesn't say goodbye or have a nice day, won't take coupons. All of which has happened more than once, she's very unfriendly and acts like helping customers is too inconvenient for her to even bother.
There's a new manager who stepped right in front of me and my husband and stated for her own purchases to be rung up first, And she had a lot of stuff. I couldn't believe she stepped right in front of us, she even looked right at us too and didn't even care that we were there. The cashier apologized to us profusely when she rang up our purchases. We asked to speak to a manager and she said that person was a new manager. So, we told the cashier not to bother and just left.
The regular workers there are quite nice. But the new people are just so rude that my family probably won't even be shopping there anymore.
