From the time I walked in I was taken to every washer and dryer the salesmen Ryan wanted to sell me versus what we asked for. After the initial purchase was finalized I made a few small changes. After it was like pulling teeth I changed the sales person to Kathy. Tried to add a refrigerator and it showed up not working. It took 3 days to address the issue. Let's just say I'm considering returning all of it and buying elsewhere.
The general manager finally called and said they would exchange the refrigerator but it was a newer version and it would cost me $200.00 more to do it. What BS. That's customer service? I'll never walk in again. They've lost a customer for life.
ABC Warehouse - delivery
Went in on a Saturday evening to buy a new range. Nice, informative salesperson. Spent almost $600 for a middle of the road unit, set up delivery for Tuesday. (Next day delivery means Tuesday-Saturday).
They were to call one hour before approximate delivery time so that we could have someone there to let them in. At 4:00 on delivery day, the snotty, primadonna driver called from my front door. We told him that it would take someone a minimum of 20 minutes to get there. He said "I'm leaving in 10 minutes, there is no note in my paperwork that says to call first". I had someone there in 14 minutes from the time of that call. There was a note on the door saying we were supposed to be there.
ABC Warehouse clearly doesn't care about the average working people unless they can afford a day off to wait for one of their loser drivers! Talk about crappy service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The delivery guy said I had to deliver. My washer didn’t even up on my washer. I think they’ve connected. My horse is wrong because I turn on my washer set an on Coldfoot. I was doing the hot water. They don’t seem to care what they’re doing I know they’re in a rush to get their products other people, but the people in the store that I have worked with a great great big shout out to Brandon and Mike. They’re awesome to work with others on the other hand when I can’t tell him about my situation, you put your hoses on backwards and a snotty attitude So I’m ready in about ready to send this product back because no one give me the help that I needed. This is ridiculous. And telling me, how do I know it’s using hot water well, the little sort of steamed up, but kind of gives you a hint of that
I bought from ABC Warehouse, Sandusky, Ohio a washer and dryer. I was told one thing by the salesman, who was very inexperienced and had a line of bull which I overlooked because I thought I was getting a good deal but were a better product and they weren't cheap. First of all, when you order something from them, they DO NOT order it right away, they forget about it because they got the sale but never do anything else. So when the customer calls to see where their product is it was never ordered!
So you might be waiting 1-2 months before the ding-dong gets around to ordering it which is a terrible inconvenience. So I had to wait 2 months till I got my appliances GUESS WHAT? THEY WERE BOTH DAMAGED - AND THEY WERE BRAND NEW. THESE YING-YANGS HAVE A DELIVERY COMPANY THAT USES BELTS OVER THE APPLIANCES TO BE ABLE TO MOVE. WELL, THEY DAMAGE THE PRODUCTS! DID YOU EVER HEAR OF SUCH A THING IN YOUR LIFE. YOU BUY NEW PRODUCTS, PAY ALOT OF MONEY AND YOU RECEIVE YOUR BRAND NEW APPLIANCES THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AND THEY WERE TWO MONTHS LATE WITH YOUR DELIVERY AND NOW THEY ARE DAMAGED!
SO IF YOU WANT TO GET A DEAL (I THOUGHT) AND WANT TO WAIT TWO MONTHS AND THEN RECEIVE DAMAGED APPLIANCES - THEN GO WITH THEM - THE BIGGEST IDIOT IS THE GM - HE IS SCARY LOOKING AND IS REALLY, REALLY STUPID - I NEVER MET ANYONE MORE STUPID THAN JEFF JAQUES - ANYONE KNOWS MORE THAN HE DOES. I DON'T THINK HE EVEN GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL. THERE IS ALSO A HEAVY SET WOMAN WITH FAKE LONG HAIR AND DARK BAGS UNDER HER EYES - SHE IS AN OUTRIGHT LIAR - LIES ABOUT ALL THE SERVICES I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET BUT DIDN'T. BUYERS BEWARE - BUYERS BEWARE - BUYERS BEWARE - BUYERS BEWARE!
