Fairfield Inn and Suites - At $100 a night I would like my money bac or at least half!!!

Port huron michigan fairfield inn has bugs! Nghtmare in bugs world and for $100 a night and got overcharged when cody the manager lied and said she took care of the overcharge;this place is pathetic. Do not stay there unless your use to battling bugs all night and cant turn heat on or turn like ghts out;it will bring out the bugs worse I made a complaint saturday 3/5/2022 no response I will be contacting the health dept.&bbb

Desired outcome: Didnt Enjoy NONE OF THAT MESS& ROOM 302 Has a plumbing problem the shower water buildsUp to your calf’s
