Admiral Petroleum

I had stopped at a local admiral gas station to get a chocolate milk for my son and i. I have seen only 1 loaded onto the cooler shelf. So, I grabbed it and a strawberry milk that was stocked next to it. When approaching the register, I asked the cashier if they happened to have any other chocolate milk in the cooler. She said that whatever is on the shelf is what they have. From going in this store previously, I know that items are not put on the shelves like they're supposed to, and I let her know this. She said that this was her store that she normally works at, that she's from the cold water location and that she doesn't have to go in the cooler. I told her that I thought that wasn't very teamwork like. She said that she was told that she didn't have to go into the cooler and that she didn't have to clean. I told her that I didn't believe that. (I've worked plenty of gas stations to know better). Even if she didn't have to work the cooler, she didn't even try to look in the cooler to see if there was another chocolate milk. I then asked for 2 lotto tickets so that I can complete my purchase. The lotto machine had gotten jammed, and then she wouldn't sell me lotto tickets. Said because she was unable to unjam it. I know the lotto machines and they too are fairly simple to fix. I asked for her supervisor name. She said she didn't know. She said I could call corporate. I asked for her name. She said that she didn't have to tell me her name. I let her know that it would probably be needed so that they know who I'm talking about. She still refused to give her name. I was not pleased with this visit whatsoever. Not just from a customer stand point, but also from a team perspective. It's really unfortunate, the employees that simply don't want to do anything other than what they can get away with. This store was located at 1207 E. Chicago Rd. Sturgis MI, 49091. She said her original store was located in Coldwater Michigan
