My son went through the drive through today and was profusely screamed at by the Manager Jeanine. Not only was she yelling at my kid, she leaves her mic on and everyone can hear her yelling at him, the employees, and other customers. One customer waiting to order was yelled at "Hold On, we are short staffed and doing one order at a time". When he advised her not to yell at him, she YELLED back "I wasn't so sorry if you took it that way." He drove off. We ordered 3 combos and had a free drink coupon (Combos come with a drink last time I checked so = 3 drinks + 1 free lemonade). He didn't get one of the combo sandwiches and only got 3 drinks. When he asked about the other sandwich and drink, she began yelling that she didn't ring it up so he didn't order it. Shoved the coupon out the drive through window yelling at him "Read it, Read it. He explained he should have 4 drinks and another sandwich but she continued to get flustered and be rude. I'm sorry but just because she didn't ring it up right even though the coupons were given to her when he paid, doesn't mean he didn't order it. Why take the coupon then? No way to treat customers especially when you were wrong and ended up overcharging him. She definitely needs some anger management, stress, and customer svc training. Customer's don't need to know how short staffed your are and have you take your frustrations out on them. If you don't like your job find another one. When I called the store to complain I spoke to a Cook Mgr or so he said who couldn't give me the corporate # because he didn't know it and couldn't find it and then hung up on me. This is the 2nd rude encounter with Jeanine who both times is flustered when busy and treats customer's like garbage. She should not be a manager let alone working the drive through and dealing with customer's.
