On May 25th, 2019 sometime between 2:30-2:50 p.m. at the Burger King, three of us went through the drivethru at the Burger King at 2630 s. broadway in Rochester, MN, we ordered meals with shakes as rhe drinks, 2 oreo shakes and 1 chocolate shake. We get our drinks and food and drive off, we park in a nearby parkinh lot to eat. I took 1 drink of my shake realized it wasnt a regular oreo shake it was a chocolate oreo shake, not what i ordered and it tasted like nothing but;h the drivethru because the dining room was closed due to being short staffed, we tell them over the intercom what the problem was the chick says she sorry and it was her fault and to please pull up to the window. We get to the window and the manager, James, i think, was there he says there is nothing he can do about it, since i took a sip of the drink th3y cannot make another one. I say even though it was you guys mistake i have to pay for a drink that i dont get, because they messed it up. He proceeded to argue with me and said i should have known it was chocolate because it would have been darker than the other one, it was barely any darker. He proceeds to stick his upper half out the dthru window to tell the people behind us that its taking so long for them because we wont move out of the way. He then shuts the window and walks away from the. What happened to " have it your way?" Or at least getting what you pay for. Needless to say i left with no drink even thought i had paid extra for the shake. All i had wanted was the shake i ordered.
