I am requesting an call from the corporate office I was threat by employees security guard harass and treat with bias from the employees as well management nothing was done for the employee as far as discipline action she should be fired for her unethical behavi. The store director was inform she denied that she had any knowledge if the situation and she wasn't a witness and couldnt be one for me either. But there were other customer whom stated thee unfair treatment I recieved from the management's and the employee they suggest that something be done the store director states I am knew and dont know how to do anything right now there are not audio I got verbal abuse from the security guard and harassed as well was very fearful for my life didnt know whom would attack me or try to hurt or harm me or try to kill me i was fearing for my life at this point I am getting blame from one of the employee because she was ask to stay late n she got off at 4 and it was after 4 she took that anger out on me with threat n verbal abuse words I ask a question and got attack by your whole staff and security guard the store director said just say security guard because she couldnt give out name for the security guard he was scary and intermediation and it was frightening and humiliating and belittle to have to experience such a thing while going into your establishment i would like some discipline action upon the worker of your store other customer felt the same way I did she needed for be fired she stated out loud I dont give a [censored] about you telling management is scream out loud [censored] them and you excuse my language is dont care about this [censored]ing job you can tell who you want it does not matter those were the words stayed to me in front of customer when I ask for the management the employee got louder and said I dont give a [censored] you can do what you what they are not going to do any thing about it so rude and disrespectful toward me and very arguemential as well back and forth loudly and embarrassing the store management did nothing to defuse the situation of discipline the employee she let her threat me cussing at me verbal abuse and unethical behavior in front if everybody in the store.

Cub Foods - Curbside pickup
Why does it take 15-20 mins at the least to wait for curbside pickup at this store? I swear every single time. This store sucks
Desired outcome: Maybe shop for the stuff myself elsewhere

i am 100% in favor of Shond Gills the lost prevention "security guard "is Conrad Holscher & not only is he a thief that steals from the meat department every day he also sells weed to most of the people that work at cub he also lets the push 4 peace guys walk out with whatever food they want my experience was one that ill never forget i was in line to get my heart meds from the pharmacist when Conrad told the pharmacis not to fill my meds but to have my meds moved out of all cub foods i could go on an on but the fact that cub foods only has a 2% rating on doing anything to fix anybodys complants to go on would only be a waste of my time ...fire conrad Holscher as he is nothing more then lier,thief, and hurby mcdaniel watches all of this go on ...;its a sad day for cub foods once again i give them a -10 close the store down
