On Thursday 6/25 we tried to visit the outlet store. When we approached the store we were told we need to wait on the "virtual" line and would be texted when it was our turn. The wait would be approximately 2 hours. We signed up at 12:30 and had our "spot" in line. We went shopping and around 2:00 check for the status of our "spot" in line only to see that our spot was removed from the list. We showed up at 2:30 to let them know we were removed. The employee at the door was running in and out of the store. When I finally got him I explained we were on the list and removed it was 2 hours ago. He said I know we had the problem with everyone and that he would put me back on the list at the "TOP" of the list. I asked how long would it be he told me atleast 1 hour and a half. After we already waited to 2 hours and that is the Top of the list? People were in the store? Why were we not allowed in. We were texted 2 hours later at 4:30. 4 Hours after we made our first try to get into the store. These are outlets and we live over 1.5 hours away, so the 3 of us were unable to get in. You should just make a line outside the store and then you don't have this issue. 4 hours to get in... really. We had to leave to go home so were unable to go shopping when this store was one of the primary reasons we went to the outlets that day. I would like to understand why we were not allowed in the store when other people were in the store shopping after we followed your process. How did other people get in, we waited our 2 hours and were still not allowed in and told to wait another 2 hours.
