Starting pay, $8.50 plus commission. What a joke! The newer OM: Andrea is on a power trip and fires, demotes, or retaliates against anyone who has an opinion that doesn't coincide with hers. 4 plus AMAZING Team Leaders have been released In the last six months. Beware!. If you miss work, commission is taken away. If a customer calls in, takes a survey and rates ATT low? - 25%. Your call is scored low by someone, who barely speaks English, that works for an outsourced company? -25% more. Do not get into an accident or have a loved one get ill, on a weekend, that s -25-50%. If customers cancel within 6 months you have to pay money BACK! I worked there for over 3 years and was #1 for 2+ years. My doctor recommended me to go back on reduced shifts after a serious car accident. I was told I would be transferred to another department (making less money). When I complained and voiced my knowledge that it was illegal, I was moved to another team, written up four times in one day for nonsense. In my entire time of employment (over three years) I had NO written violations prior. In 2009 we had over 200 employees. When I left, there were 64. Tenured agents are going to work for the competition. ATT IS THREATENING TO PULL THEIR CONTRACT. You are wasting your time on a dead end job that will make you miserable in the end.

You think Convergys Call Center Employees are treated bad? You should see how they treat work at home disabled employees. I just filed a complaint with the EEOC on them. Their schedule adherence is so ridiculous they give you points when you have to evacuate your home because a tornado is headed at you!
