My husband and I ate at Olive Garden. In Cape Girardeau, Mo. Date 11/28/2022: check #37609, table 303. He ordered soup and breadstix and salad, I ordered Spaghetti w/meat sauce. This has been our 3rd visit in 6 weeks to this location. 1st visit I had to ask for sauce I had almost white Spaghetti I received quickly and hot, 2nd visit the sauce on the Spaghetti was so spicy I could not eat. I reported and was told it depends on who the cook was to the sauces taste and consistency. This time I had little sauce and requested some I waited 10 minutes then my husband asked another waitress to get our waitress. She asked if she could help us. My husband explained everything. She immediately brought be out a new bowl of pasta with sauce and my husband soup. Our waitress showed up about 5 minutes later with a bowl of spaghetti and soup. She said someone took the bowl of spaghetti She had ordered and had to wait for more. I simply asked for some sauce. Our breadstix were cold no one offered to get us new ones. By thid time we gave up. On ourway out I asked to speak to manager I explained clearly all 3 visits. He said "no one else is complaining, or has had any complaints. The problem is it does not matterbif anyone else did. We did. He was aloof, not really concerned he spike to us at front of store out in public, he gave us no consideration, not even an apology.
Desired outcome: Apology from company, and Manager taught people skills.
