Spencer's - discrimination based on employment

The employees at Spencer's have made up serval rules saying the employees of auntie Anne's can not enter their store because they "made an agreement" that we can't be there when on break or even if we are simply wearing our uniform having just get off form a shift with our manager and district manager which when double checked with said managers that communication never happened yet they still send their employees over to us for drinks and a discounted price. The fact that all of our employees are being treated unfairly just because a select few Spencer's employees have a personal vendetta against our manager is very upsetting to our staff members.

Spencer's - harassment by employee toward another store

This is a complaint on behalf of the crew members at Auntie Anne's from the Columbia mall location
We have had a problem with one of your employees Victoria Smith at Columbia MO Columbia mall coming over and harassing staff at Auntie Anne's.
On Thursday, November 14th she verbally abuse staff with profanities and attempt to instigate an argument with staff. We do not wish to have problems with any of your employees but this is all occurring while our crew members are on the clock and this unprofessional behavior is causing tension and uneasiness among our staff.
