To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter regarding an accident that occurred on June 10, 2023. I kindly request that Belk preserves all evidence related to the slip and fall incident that took place at Belk's around noon. Please ensure the preservation of both originals and copies of videos, including pictures of the subject locations, security, and surveillance videos for the 24 hours before and after the slip and fall.

Desired outcome: The managers i spoke with very DISRESPECTFUL TO ME, when i ask about accident report and tried to give her my Evidence Preservation Letter.She told me that NO ONE IN MANAGEMENT take my letter!
