I was in line at 2605 Hwy 90 Gautier ms and there was a van in front then 2 cars and then me in line this van ordered several orders as the van was full. Instead of them pulling the van up or parking them and letting other people go thru and leave the made us sit there I sat in line 25 minutes. After 25 minutes I called to see what the deal was because I could not get out of line to leave. The black young lady that answered my phone call immediately started screaming to the top of her voice I said what is the deal what is going on? She said what the [censored] you mean we are cooking in here and [censored] just leave the line and go somewhere else. What kind of customer service is that? I sat there another 5 minutes finally the line moved and I got out of line and left. That is a shame and disgrace for Wendy's.
McDOnalds has got that beat. If you go there and order a big order they will pull you up or park you until it gets ready so not to block the drive thru line.
