I went to my cvs to pick up a prescription that was ready, so my Drs. office faxed that and my pain meds generic Norco, it said to be filled on the 19th, so they said it was too early, I said that was fine, they said it would be filled on the 22nd. The morning of the 22nd I called to tell them to go ahead, but the auto message said it was being processed and would be ready at 2pm. I sent my husband to get it because I was babysitting my greatg'child, so he gets there at 5pm (22 miles away) and they said it would be another hour, he called me and I told him nevermind, I would get it the next day. so I called cvs and asked why was I told it would be ready at 2pm, she said the were shorthanded, I said ok. so she called me and said actually it would be the 25th before they could fill it, my last one was the 24th, she said "well, it didn't leave the store until the 25th," so I said, why was I told the 22nd? she said she wasn't there and she didn't know why. if I had been told the 25th in the first place, I wouldn't have bothered with it. it's a long way to their store, a waste of time and gas. then she barks and says well, you should have called to make sure it was ready. so, my husband was told in an hour, I was told at 2pm, so why would I call again? besides, they hardly ever answer the phone, it takes forever. was I wrong? I think she was wrong and the next time I go to the pain clinic, I will have my meds sent elsewhere.
Desired outcome: i really don't expect an outcome, i just know they were wrong about the whole situation.
