This complaint is due to many, many, many times we’ve gone to this specific DQ and we are missing ALWAYS one item. This time we went through the drive through at the same one we usually don’t get all our items @ “116 9th St N Great falls Mt, 59404” on 06/02/2022 at 4:19pm and we didn’t get our fries like ALWAYS then my strawberry milkshake I couldn’t finish because it grossed me out because there is chocolate chunks in it and bits of peanuts 🤮 I absolutely can’t stand chocolate and peanuts made it worse in a strawberry shake
Desired outcome: Management felt with better because she is rude every time we show we are missing an item as well as compensated for the money and time we’ve encountered that could have been avoided but happens 8 times out of 10 at that location.
