Today is Jan 8, 2022. At 9:45 tonight I made an online order. The website said my order would be ready at 11PM. I prepaid, and waited while watching the tracker until it was nearly full, then drove 20 minutes across town to pickup my order. I waited in the parking lot until the tracker said my order was ready. When I entered, once I was helped the waitress checked for my food in the hot storage, but couldn't find it. She checked the kitchen and said no orders had come in. Then the manager then walked over and said my order was never made and that they couldn't make it because they were "closing early due to a hood problem." I was asked to leave the last 4 digits of my card for a refund in 10 business days. This is not an acceptable way to treat your customers! Now my kids and I still have no dinner and everything else is closed.
