La-Z-Boy - $3000 leather couch - defective

We bought a $3000 leather couch and love seat a couple years ago at LazyBoy Asheville NC. Both have electric buttons. The couch started becoming defective at the end of the first year. They came out twice and "fixed" it. The last guy told us to expect it to look bad after a while from the top right side. He said that this was "normal" wear and tear on Lazyboy couches. This is not a leather issue it is a structural issue. You can see across the top of the couch that the right side recliner is not the same as the left side. I sit on an old recliner and stay off of this $3000 couch as it continues to be falling apart. The love seat stayed great; never had any trouble with it. LazyBoy called us and wanted to know if we were satisfied with the service. I told them no but what was the point in talking about it anymore as it is obvious that they were not going to repair it or replace it. That's the last we heard from them. $6000 in couches and one was a good one, the other a lemon but it looks like that's my tough luck. If I sound angry it's because I am. LazyBoy got really lazy once they got my money.

Desired outcome: Replace the couch.
