Good Morning,
Today marks 1 month and no resolution from Wendy's. Has the information been passed on to Wendy's Corporate
Headquarters yet so they may contact the local Wendy's Listed below for investigation into the problem:

This type of follow-up with two messages to the DM and DO and no reply is unacceptable, especially when money
is involved. This type of poor customer service at this level will make current customers think twice before visiting
this franchise while also hurting nearby franchises.

I have been told twice by Wendy's customer service the problem on June 4, 2021 of all of the systems going down at Lunchtime and I had a mobile order I paid with Wendy's Mobile Order Credit Card, would be sent to the DM/DO and then the second time with a higher priority to the DM/DO and yet nothing has been done and no contact by any means has been attempted.
