McDonald's - transfer request/complaint on store manager in holly springs nc

I am writing this complaint on my daughter Leah Jones store manger at the Mcdonalds in Holly Springs NC store number 32242, her name is Debby. I have always taught my daughter to be independent and to take up for herself. She has been employed with the Mcdonalds in Holly Springs since she was 141/2 and is now almost 17, she has never been late, worked on time, has been employee of the month, and works over time when asked. She recently asked for a transfer to the Mcdonalds in Lillington NC to be closer to her home. We live in Lillington which would be convenient, she talked with the store manger Debby she told her she would look into it, when she asked again she told her that everything was taken care of to work the rest of the pay period out, and then contact the Lillington Mcdonalds and if everything was not okay then to call her back. My daughter and I went to the Lillington Mcdonalds and they said that someone had contacted them but they needed to call the store manager there, but they have not heard of anyone transferring to there store. So I called back but Debby was out for the week. I ended up talking with Mr. Seth the shift manager and he told me that it was NOT possible to transfer to the Lillington store because it was not within there district. He said he would look Leah back up to be put into the system to go back to work this was after two weeks of believing she would be starting in Lillington and her transfer was okay. I am truly grateful to Mr. Seth for looking out for my daughter if it was not for him she would not be employed at the job she really enjoys that helps her to pay for her insurance and save for college. Upon returning this Monday Oct. 7th Ms. Debby the store manager approached her and said I thought you quit? I am very disturbed and upset about Ms. Debby's behavior towards the situation, I am trying very hard to teach my daughter great work ethics and responsibility of becoming an adult. I chose Mcdonalds for my daughter Leah because of it's great reputation for guiding young children. With this happening and her just trying to transfer has disappointed me, and she feels as though she is being discriminated against because she is a young black female american. I hope that Ms. Debby will be reprehended for her actions. Thank you again to Mr. Seth for his quick actions in helping my daughter, he truly deserves a raise or incentive for looking after young children at the store.

i recently went to mcdonalds jm road i took paneer wrap and i was sitting upstairs then employees of mcdonalds came to me and asked me to try masala tea i wasnt knowing that mcdonalds serves tea, i have been asked to try masala tea, as they were doing the sampling of that, I tasted masala tea which I found very excellent, I asked about the product ingredient the manager told me that it has cinnamon and other different types of spices, it also has good medicinal properties which are very good for the bad throat. i found it very refreshing i really liked the masala tea.
