I have worked in retail for 30 years and I have never been so disrespected and humiliated by one company. I have been yelled at on the floor in front of customers by two members of the management team, yelled at by a member of the Loss Prevention team on the floor in front of customers and that member threatened to terminate me. I was given a raise last year and was forced to give it back because I was hired after a certain date. I have been reprimanded for putting phone calls through to the manager when the party on the other end asked to speak with the manager and on May 25, 2011, I was asked a very personal question in front another employee. I do have to excuse myself to go to the restroom and will contiue to do so of the need arises. This store has had numerous complaints from present and former employees and noone has taken the time to address them. I will not tolerate being spoken to with such disrespect and with no regards to my feelings anymore by the management team or anyone else. If further action is not taken over this matter, I will be forced to take it one step further.

I was a customer at a store and I saw something like that happening. I went to the Manager and told him that he was not being professional and if this was accepted company policy I would not do business with a place that is verbally abusive to its employees. he did not care and I no longer shop at that store or any of its other locations. I could tell the employee a young teenage kid was embarassed and looked grateful for me sticking my nose in it. I warn people not shop at Target because the managers verbally abuse the employees and humiliate them publically.
