This has to be the rudest most non-customer friendly place I have ever been. I have come up to the service window and found customer information in the bin outside and no one at the window. That time I wound up driving around to the store entrance and going in and finally after 30 min and no one else there in line got served. I talked to the store manager about the information out in the window and it was still there when I left. This time trying to get prescriptions my wife was told they were not ready this was 02/13/12. I came back on 02/14/12 and Kyla told me again that they were not ready and that the Dr had not called them in I said my mother had just got off the phone you told her they were there she said nope they did not. So I asked the name of the lead pharmacist and then the prescriptions materialized. When I looked at the date on the bottles they were dated for 2/13/12 the day my wife came down. The tall black skinny lady pharmacist came to the window would not share any information said have a nice valentines days and just gave a big grin laughing. Joe Sweet and Brittney Cox were the names of those who runs the pharmacy and the store managers name is Lisa Piercy and the District Manger is Dwayn Lennon. I encourage all the other people that they mistreat to file a complaint, this is the poorest excuse for a pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
On 2/15/2010 the district manager called giving all sorts of excuses but still not concerned about what is going on with this store told him to review the film from camera pointed at window and watch the pharmacist strike a pose and be a smart ###. I heard all about how it was the Doctors fault because there was a possible misspelling and the computer generated a new profile and no one looked for it. Well out the cost of gas to run to that Rite Aid but never again I will be using a local pharmacy not a chain pharmacy and the great thing about Belmont Pharmacy or even Charlie’s Pharmacy you can bring a prescription in and they will fill it right there in a couple of minutes not days. My advice is you can complain but jut start using a pharmacy with integrity and perseverance. You want to make a difference put your money where your mouth is and use someone else because Rite Aid is going the way of any business that has no regards for its customers and without customers there will be no more Rite Aid. This is the only way the consumer will take charge again and not let big business dictate their life we do not have to live the way of “take a number step aside”!
So not only are the executive’s rude, Rite Aid employees liars too. The information was provided by the store staff and if you know this is false then you are obviously part of the problem not the solution. I understand small minds they tend to us small words because they cannot express themselves in a mature manner but my hands are washed of this matter I no longer do business there and I have already shown many others the benefit of using small town business that truly care about the customer. Your comments are well considered and I also will share your response.
Make a stand even Walmart treats its customers better.

It is issue about Rite Aid Store #03958 located 2002 Ave U Brooklyn NY 11229.
The store staff is a very rude and unprofessional! They do not want to listen customer at all. Yesterday around 8 pm I tried to use my UP Reward. Unfortunately I do not know name of person who said that someone used it already. When I tried to explain that nobody can do it, she said that she tired of this stupid customers and I can try to get this money tomorrow. When I asked about manager she said that manager is very busy and I can talk tomorrow.
Why?
Maybe I do not understand but if someone used already how I can try again?
I am really very upset about this service.
Lisa Piercy is not the store manager and Dawyn Lennon is not the district manager dumb ###.
