Sono Bello - Abex/lipo wa

ABEX / lazer/lipo was don for me on Feb 2022 by Dr. Collins. My end result is nothing like it should have been, Dr. Jones tried to do a revision after 9 months later and I am still badly scared. I did everything by the book and my results are no way what they should have at least come close to. I was burned from the lazer and that large scar will never go away. I am very disappointed with the whole procedure and I tried talking to someone at the office about my concerned but no one seem to care. I paid alot of money for this procedure to end up wirh no results. All I ask for is my money back and Noone will respond to that. So I am trying again to reach out. I am trying to keep this from going further, if I can't get a response I will to take to another level. All I want is my money back. It was fully paid at time of visit. I will be waiting on a response.

Sono Bello - Refund

I went to have a consultation June 2020. I wanted to have my sides and my stomach done lower and upper. They said they could do it and that I would have to put a 500 deposit and then pay another 1400 before surgery. Total cost was 9000. They also said that I would be able to go back to work with in 2 days. Have my procedure done on Friday and go bk to work on Monday. Then I go for my preop and I met with the nurse and surgeon they took my pictures. When I spoke to my surgeon she said Dr. Allen that is in Raleigh NC told me a completely different situation. I would be out of work for atleast a week, the areas that I needed and wanted done was not what I was told in my initial visit. they told me the work that I need done I would have to have lose weight. now I am out of 2000 and well no one will answer my calls answer my email or text messages. I now have resulted back to the back to dispute this. I am a single mom and don't have money just to throw away. Please help and someone give me some input. I am willing to even form agroup and get a lawyer with whom ever to fight this company. Money is hard to come by and the ones that got their surgeries and got butchered I am very sorry for that. We can over come this and wim=n this fight if we all stand together. I just want my money back so I can do what I need to do.
