We bought two couches in January. Two weeks after having them, one of our couches broke. A tech came out a week or two later and confirmed the reclining mechanism was broken. Conveniently for them, by the time he came out, it was past their timing for their return policy. It is now 3 1/2 months later and no one has contacted me to fix it, I have contacted customer service 4 times to come pick the couches up and refund me my money and I have yet to get an answer. The worst customer service ever! Will never do business with them again!
