ServPro - response or lack of, to telephone calls and/or emails

We live in coastal North Carolina, in Morehead City. As you may remember, Hurricane Florence devastated our area in September, 2018. Home repair contractors of all kinds continue to be flooded with requests. Understandably many of them have a backlog. Servpro may be one such company. In reference to our home and property, an insurance adjuster told us, that among other things, the walls underneath our home had to be scrubbed and that area also needed a good cleaning, following the hurricane. Two Servpro specialists from the Swansboro, NC office came to our home on or about June 17, 2019, to inspect the crawlspace area. One of them was a lady, Kelly. It's now been two months, and there has been nothing but silence from that Swansboro office. We called the office August 9, 2019, and as of this writing, no response. When we call the main number, (910) 326-1344, it immediately transfers to someone's voicemail, with a cellphone number beginning with area code 336. The email address we've been using is [protected]@servpro.com. We have also received no return emails. My wife, Janet, has sent at least four emails to that email address. Those email dates are June 18, June 28, July 15, and July 26, 2019. Again, no response. We understand if the employees at that office are overwhelmed with service requests. However, we need to know that, either by telephone or email. What we don't understand is being totally ignored. As with any business, a quick telephone call, text or email is all it takes to say… they can help (with a guestimated time frame), or… they can't help, but don't ignore potential customers. That's not good business. The old adage is this… If you get good service from a company, you'll tell a few people. If you get bad or no service, you'll tell many more people about that. Please do what you can to help us get an answer. If we need to move on to another company...no problem. JANET IS THE MAIN CONTACT FOR US.
