Burger King - Poor customer service

Today November 28, 2022 at 1730 (5:30 ish) My husband and I decided to give Burger King in Claremont, NH a second chance as it has been well over a year since I last visited this particular Burger King as it had awful customer service then. When we arrived the parking lot was dark but the lights were on in the building. We saw a car in the drive thru (lobby is closed). We drove to drive thru and saw an outline of a figure standing slightly adjacent to menu board. I politely asked the person standing there if y’all were open. He ignored me, took off his headset (I assume he was the person manning drive thru) and walked over to ATV trail and had a conversation with person or persons at the trail. Once again Burger King leaves nothing but rudeness and poor customer service. Maybe I will try again in another year or 2 but likely this store will not survive
