We purchased an x box girt card and was notable to activate it we contacted Xbox and they had told us we would be able to exchange it with no issues if the card is defected we had already waited 2 hours on Xbox customer service. One cashier told us they can do it, they just need a manager to authorize it! First Barbra was rude and quick to tell my son no they can't before I came to the cashier while over hearing the convo my son is a 13 year old Asian male with a hood she was clearly being rude to him because the way dressed and looked he is a soft spoken kid and Barbra choose to be rude and NOT helpful at all she did not try she did nothing but argue and told me to "try using every letter in the alphabet". That definitely was not the best response! This was kn RiteAid concord NH on N Main st.
