Rite Aid - Pharmacy drive thru

122 McGregor Street Manchester, NH 03102 Pharmacy has a revolving door with their help. I have been going there for just about 5 years, and the "girls" that work in the Pharmacy are rude, and have zero customer relation skills! Today 11/11/2022 @ 2:30pm, I drove up to the window. Two young girls, look at me and turn away. Instead of holding up their index finger and saying "one minute, I'll be right with you", they turn away and talk amongst themselves. Finally a girl named Ya-Ya (I found out later) came to the window, no "hello" no nothing, except for "Name, date of birth". Puts the receipt in the basket, no "Please sign", nothing. I signed my slip, she tosses the script in the basket. No "Have a nice, day, NO THANK YOU, NOTHING! That's when I asked her for name. I said Ya-Ya, you're really rude. Not sure if she heard me, as I didn't know if her mic was on. I got home and called the store, spoke with a Manager named"Doug", I voiced my concerns. He stated they are stressed!?!? I stated they are too stressed to say Hello, or Thank you? He stated, Yes. These people shouldn't be in the Customer Service Field, when they act like, you're a bother to them. They need to be taught how to treat Customers with professionalism, and politely. The Manager, was ZERO help, he apologized and stated he would speak to Ya-Ya. He was just like the girls there, ZERO Customer Service skills. He really had nothing to say, except defend their behavior, and a lot of Silence on his end of the call. RiteAid needs to give these employees training. Doug even stated they don't know how to say Hello, or Have a good day, they're learning he said! I have to laugh, that was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from a Manager about his Staff. Do better RiteAid, everyone in the world is stressed, that doesn't mean you can treat customers, like they don't exist.

Desired outcome: Train your employees, teach them how to be a great customer service person, especially working in the Pharmaceutical Field. Have seminars, online training, teach them how to handle it, and treat Customers better!
