I purchased an online order from smashburger, we used GRUB HUB as our delivery service. the order came fairly quick which is always a good thing, but minus a burger. I called smashburger in brick, the manager told me her name was NELLY, I explained the situation, after about five "ummms", she told me to file a report with GRUB HUB to get my money back and reorder it from them. File something with the company that did their job? I'm confused She then told me next time shell give me a free meal, I said miss im hungry now, in turn she started laughing... I dont understand why. Now with GRUB HUB service fees and delivery tip, im down 17 dollars plus the sandwich itself. I drove to the place where I was given a different sandwich that wasnt even on the receipt, and when I asked how do we go about the free meal next time? (after spending almost 20 dollars on a service where I ended up doing it myself anyways, its a fair question) Nelly told me oh dont worry mention this to them and they'll remember it. If thats how things worked in the worked we'd be in big trouble. Its sad because nothing will come from this but I pray some people read this and learn how they do business and go a different route
