Dropped my car off 7-15-21. Pick up car morning of 7-16-21 drivers door and fender was damage. Brian the store manager said damage was done by tech pulling on door. Went home upset... Called back was told anther story was told don't worry we saw incident on camera told to call back mon the 19thcall him0reached him tues. Morning, when story went back to tech pulling on door. It is now tues.7-26-21... Still haven't heard from claims department. I was told they would reach me within 24-48 hrs pepboys 735 pro made blvd bridge water no 08807

I had my car in for all tires to be replaced, oil change.alignment on tires. I was told the fourth tire I would get my rebate instead of fourth tire free, on purchase of three tires. This is false advertisement, I would have not gone there if this was not offered. I believe they should stand by their words and not lie after the fact of what was told to me. I will not purchase anything from this store again. This store has lost my business and many more customers as well. I want the third tire refunded or my rebate that they told me I would be getting once I apply for it. I was in this store on Feb 28, 2016.
